Full Time Position. The Clinic Coder/Biller audits all patient claims/accounts to ensure procedures and charges are coded properly and corrects all billing errors. The Clinic Coder/Biller is responsible to file claims to all insurance companies, workers’ compensation carriers, etc. The Clinic Coder/Biller provides excellent customer services and communication skills to patients and staff members. The Clinic Coder/Biller possesses advanced knowledge and independent judgement in fulfilling the job responsibilities. The Clinic Coder/Biller is able to easily adapt to change and has the desire to continuously learn. Must be High School graduate or equivalent. One year of medical office experience preferred.

PHLEBOTOMIST

Full Time Position. Will be responsible for following the laboratory’s procedures for proper specimen collection, specimen processing, LIS registration and order entry, test performance of waived tests, recording results, performs and documents instrument maintenance as scheduled or recommended by the manufacturer on waived instruments, performs and documents Quality Controls as required and troubleshoots as necessary on waived tests. Will adhere to CLIA, OSHA, and HIPPA standards and ensure a clean and safe work environment. Must have earned a minimum of a high school diploma or GED and completed a phlebotomy training course or medical assistant course from an accredited institution. Registry or certification from a national accreditation agency is preferred.

The Director also organizes the department in accordance with Administrative guidelines to provide specified health information management services to meet legal, organizational, and Medical Staff guidelines. Additionally, the Director directs the implementation and ensures compliance with the standard of Health Information Management services and Conditions of Participations of Medicare and Medicaid. The Director also serves as the District’s Privacy Officer. Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's degree required. RHIT or RHIA preferred, CCS required. Prefer five years of experience in a healthcare setting in HIM field.

ASCP preferred. MLT will be considered with experience. Strong communication skills a must. Rotating on call schedule.

TRANSPORTER / ORDERLY

IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Full Time Position. Acts as support for hospital and clinic information technology/systems and activities. The Technical Support Representative utilizes and operates computers, the information system, data entry, and related electronic data processing equipment, as well as has knowledge of general principles of computer system operations. The Tech is responsible for daily technical duties, managing work orders, maintaining the hospital and clinic camera and phone systems, and manages patch management and network support. The Tech monitors and manages image deployment, MDM/Inventory, the backup system, and Kaspersky updates/security center/antivirus. Must be available for call after hours and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. One to two years of computer experience and experience in hospital or clinic setting preferred.
